Research funding
The Leibniz School of Education (LSE) is heavily involved in research promotion by initiating and coordinating interdisciplinary third-party funded projects. We offer comprehensive and supportive structures for successful applications to those involved in teacher education. Our particular focus is on integrating subject-specific knowledge, subject-specific didactics and educational sciences into structural and teaching research projects in order to promote holistic and innovative teacher education.
In addition, we provide information about current calls for proposals and funding opportunities in the field of teacher education.
Would you like assistance in preparing your research proposal or would you like to discuss the application process?

Supporting young talent
Another focus of the LSE is the promotion of young talent in teacher education. We believe that support for young talent should begin during their studies and continue, especially during the transition to doctoral studies. The LSE develops targeted programmes and offers to facilitate and promote entry into a research career. In addition, we are continuously committed to acquiring specific programmes for the promotion of young talent in the field of teacher education.
