In the first field of action the following four work brackets are being executed:

  1. Facility and constitution (divi lab): Facilitation of the divi labs and endowment with learning and work materials

  2. Pedagogical-didactical foundations: Promotion of the heterogeneity-based reflective capacity for action in the multi-professional development; coordination between educational science and subject teaching-methodologies

  3. Development and integration of heterogeneous and subject specific video vignettes, casuistics as well as concepts for the use of digital media: i.a.  creation of vignettes and casuistics to different lines and subject-specific learning starting points

  4. Implementation and evaluation of contents in teaching events and newly structures practical elements: in cooperative teaching events and multi-professional tandems; instructions for the development, testing and reflection of learning scenarios
