    Conduction of Professional Development Events for Lower-Saxony teachers, pedagogical staff as well as educators of study seminars

  • Legal basis for data processing

    The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. e), Para. 3 DSGVO in conjunction with § 3 Para. 1 No. 6 NHG.

  • Gathering of your personal data

    Prerequisite for your participation at one of our professional development offers is the registration via the lower-saxony event database VedaB. uniplus is thus the third party user of the data collected by VeDaB.

  • Storage Time

    Your data will be stored as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the training and qualification purposes. Leibniz Universität stores your data for a maximum of the statutory retention period for all financial and tax-related transactions.

  • Further Recipients of your personal data

    Your data will be passed on to the lecture (may be external) with the participants list (name, prename, e-mail, school). Furthemore, if the event is overbooked your data will be send to the Lower-Saxony School Board (name, prename, school, job, participation criterion, registration date, participation status).

  • Your Rights

    According to the requirements of the DSGVO you have the following rights towards us:

      • To receive information about the processing of your data from us at any time and free of charge.

      • Right to limitation of processing

      • The right to publish your data in a common, structured and machine-readable format (right to data portability).

    You also have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f DSGVO. We will then no longer process the personal data concerning you unless we can prove compelling reasons for the processing worthy of protection which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

  • Right to Appeal

    The data processing is subject of the State Coordinator for Data Protection Lower-Saxony, to whom you may appeal.
