Living and promoting professionalism

We stay up to date with the latest scientific findings and have extensive expertise in the structural design of teacher education.

At the same time, we create opportunities for those working in teaching to develop further. It is particularly important to us to ensure excellent and comprehensive professionalisation for teacher education students.

 

Living and promoting networking

We attach great importance to being fully informed at all times and to communicating the latest findings and developments in a transparent manner. We therefore actively share current information with our members and committees as well as with those involved in teacher education at Leibniz University Hannover.

We are active in a broad network in science, education administration and schools and are represented in the relevant committees and initiatives at university, state and federal level. We share these networks with our members in order to enable and promote cross-phase, cross-disciplinary, cross-institutional and cross-faculty cooperation.

With a clear vision of the future, we focus on sustainable innovations that dynamically advance teacher education. We have agile structures and use our freedom to engage in creative processes. Together with our members, we create opportunities and promote innovative structures in order to develop and implement new approaches.
